Smash the Cake sessions are $400 and included: - 10 high resolution fully edited DIGITAL images. (More images can be purchased separately) - One hour session time. - Includes ONE set-up. - Props, outfits, and accessories are provided (Backdrops, Birthday banners, balloons, outfits) I do have more than 80 different setups available. - Special Themes require the previous consultation and may have an extra charge. - This session is done at the Studio - This session doesn't include the cake. This session doesn't include parents or siblings photos, it is just for the baby. However if you wish to incorporate family pictures it would come with an extra charge of $200 for five DIGITAL family photos. Please let me know in advance to have it set up. (There is an extra charge of $100 for twins sessions) *Entire edited gallery and additional digital images can be purchase separately. Every extra digital image will be $30. I will send non-edited photos in 7 days with watermark for you to choose them. The photos that you decide on will be sent edited in 7 days after you chose them. However, some galleries will might take longer. I do not offer images on day to another at any service. I am now offering at extra price fine art albums, prints and folio collections that you can add after your photoshoot. About COVID: there will be some time between sessions to clean and sanitize everything. I am fully vaccinated, and I will be wearing a mask for the entire session as well as using hand sanitizer. My studio has an air purifier equipment on to clean the air all the time.
BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY BOOKING: For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. PAYMENT: Retainer can be paid via PayPal, Visa or MasterCard through the website www.marelynphotography.com. The remaining is due on the day of the photoshoot and can be pay in the studio via Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. CANCELLATION POLICY: For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedule the appointment by calling at least 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. Cancellation must be made in sent in writing, by e-mail. If Marelyn Correa Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. After your booking you will receive a contract that you must agree before you arrive to the studio on the day of your session.
