Service Description
In just 30 minutes, I will capture all the sweet smiles, proud moments, and little expressions of your graduate to create memories you will treasure forever. This includes: - 30-minute session in the studio - Graduation setup, props, and graduation gowns included (available in light pink, baby blue, and light green). You are welcome to bring your own outfit as well. - 10 high-resolution edited digital images - Parents are welcome to join for a couple of pictures during the session - These sessions are designed for kids graduating from VPK, Pre-K, or Kindergarten Entire edited gallery and additional digital images can be purchased separately. Every extra digital image will be $30. I will send the non-edited proof gallery within 7 days with watermark for you to choose your favorite images. The selected images will be delivered edited within 7 days after your selection. However, some galleries might take a little longer depending on the season. My studio and props are cleaned and sanitized between every session to provide a safe and comfortable experience for every family.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY * For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedule the appointment by calling at least 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time upon the photographers approval. Cancellation must be sent in writing, by e-mail. * Retainer can be paid via PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa or MasterCard through the website www.marelynphotography.com. The remaining is due on the day of the photoshoot and can be pay in the studio via Cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard. *All remaining balances are due at the time of the session. *If Marelyn Correa Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. *After you booked you will receive a contract that you must agree before you arrive to the studio on the day of your session.
